  1. PRIMERO. DIRIMIR el conflicto de jurisdicciones entre el Juzgado 004 Administrativo Oral del Circuito Judicial de Bucaramanga y Juzgado 009 Civil del Circuito de Bucaramanga, en el sentido de DECLARAR que la jurisdicci�n de lo contencioso administrativo es la competente para conocer la acci�n judicial instaurada por la Empresa P�blica de Alcantarillado de Santander S.A. E.S.P. -EMPAS S.A. contra la Empresa de Servicios P�blicos Domiciliarios Gir�n S.A.S. E.S.P. y el municipio de Gir�n.
  2. SEGUNDO. Por medio de la Secretar�a General de esta Corporaci�n, REMITIR el expediente CJU-7951 al Juzgado 004 Administrativo Oral del Circuito Judicial de Bucaramanga, para lo de su competencia y para que comunique la presente providencia al Juzgado 009 Civil del Circuito de Bucaramanga, y a los interesados en este tr�mite. Notif�quese, comun�quese y c�mplase.
